Rob Crowley
Managing Director

Rob Crowley is Anexsys' Managing Director and has a background in computer forensics and eDisclosure project management from two of the big four consultancy firms. Prior to Anexsys Rob held the position of Regional Manager for EMEA at the technology and information management company Recommind.

Stu Craft
Director of Technical Services

Stu Craft heads the software engineering department. He creates software solutions for all areas of document management, with a particular focus on redaction and privacy management. Stu has developed software in partnership with global elite law firms and public sector clients. His solutions have been adopted by numerous significant consultancies in the North American legal review market.

Louise Jackson
Director of eDiscovery (Manchester)

With a BSc from the University of Warwick and an MSc Distinction from the University of Westminster, Louise has worked in digital forensics and eDisclosure for over ten years. Louise oversees all technical services delivered from our Manchester base and has been responsible for the development of the company's market-leading reputation in the north of England.

Klaudia Aliaj
Director of eDiscovery (London)

Klaudia leads Anexsys' eDisclosure and Digital Forensics department in London. Her experience in the industry includes being part of the data collections team at Barclays Bank as well as being the first hire within the litigation support team in EMEA for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Klaudia has handled complex global cases using a wide range of tools and workflows, including predictive coding.

Pauline Allioux
Head of Finance

Pauline leads the finance function at Anexsys and is responsible for financial analysis, commercial support, management reporting & planning. Pauline has over 8 years’ experience in all facets of auditing, accounting & financial management in multinationals and fast-growing SMEs. Pauline started her career as a financial auditor in TMT at KPMG in Paris. She has held various Financial Controller positions during her career, working in several countries in Europe.

Jennifer Howlett
Head of Anexsys Lens

Jennifer is an experienced barrister, specialising in litigation and eDisclosure. Prior to joining the team at Anexsys, she assisted in the investigation and compilation of a highly publicised report for a public inquiry, after which, she moved from the Bar to one of the largest law firms in Ireland where she managed numerous complex large-scale review projects. Jennifer now heads up Anexsys Lens and is our resident in-house counsel.

Mike Lewis
National Head of Reprographics

Mike has nearly 12 years of experience working in the legal support sector; managing large teams and offering unrivalled outsourced services to firms of all sizes.  Mike has worked alongside Anexsys for the past 5 years with sister company Hobs Repro but now resides solely with Anexsys, heading up the reprographics business nationally. A self-confessed ‘nerd’, Mike has a solid understanding and proficiency in legal tech, helping our customers keep up to speed with the changing legal support landscape.

Jayne Howlett
Managing Consultant

With over eight years experience in the eDisclosure, digital forensics and cyber security industries, Jayne heads up client services and development within Anexsys. Jayne oversees our compliance (ISO27001, ISO9001, Cyber Essentials) programmes, and Crown Commercial Service matters. Jayne provides our clients with account management and project management on particularly complex engagements, as well as offering an additional escalation point.

Danielle Barrow
Senior Consultant

Danielle is a Senior Consultant and joined Anexsys four years ago. Danielle graduated with a first class honours degree in Computer Forensics at Liverpool John Moores University and worked in software testing prior to moving into eDisclosure. Danielle project manages a variety of complex litigation disputes and has experience working with public sector and government clients.

Tom Sothcott
Senior Consultant

Tom is a senior consultant at Anexsys and holds a NUIX eDiscovery specialist certification. Prior to joining Anexsys Tom worked for Ernst & Young where he developed his eDisclosure expertise. Tom has a varied role at Anexsys carrying out infrastructure support, forensics, eDisclosure project management and custom workflow development.

Amy Duncan
Senior Consultant

Amy is a Senior Consultant and has been with Anexsys for almost three years. Amy project manages large eDisclosure cases and managed services and holds a number of certificates including Relativity Certified Administrator and RelativityOne Certified Pro. Prior to joining Anexsys, Amy studied Computer Science at the University of Bath and spent an industrial placement year at an international financial services provider.

Matthew Beilin
Senior Consultant

Matthew began his career in law and spent eight years working at a central London law firm. He qualified into commercial litigation and acted on a variety of complex litigation and arbitration matters. In addition to carrying out business development activities, Matthew provides consultancy to clients on the use of eDisclosure technology to ensure they benefit from the technical services Anexsys offer.

Tom Daniels
Senior Consultant

Tom is one of the Senior Consultants in the eDisclosure team and project manages a variety of eDisclosure matters. He has a wealth of experience working on complex construction disputes involving the extraction and management of data from bespoke document management systems. Prior to joining Anexsys Tom worked for Ernst and Young for four years which included time overseas in Germany and Switzerland.

Steven McAllister
Consultant

Steven is a Consultant and joined Anexsys in January 2019. He graduated from UCLan with a first-class honours degree in Computer Forensics. Steven provides support on our eDisclosure projects, as well as managing his own projects. He is experienced in carrying out forensic collections, with Steven’s background in forensics, he is aware of the guidelines that must be followed to ensure that any evidence collected is done so in a forensically sound manner.

Rob Gallagher
Consultant

Rob is a Digital Forensic and eDiscovery Consultant. Prior to joining Anexsys he spent 6 years as a Digital Forensic Investigator for Greater Manchester Police gaining experience carrying out complex forensic investigations. He is experienced in the entire forensic process, from collecting data (from a variety of digital devices), processing and investigation of data, to writing witness statements/technical reports and delivering evidence in court.

Edgar Pacevicius
Consultant

Edgar was previously an Investigator at the Serious Fraud Office and brings a wealth of investigations and review management experience to the Anexsys team. At the SFO, Edgar worked on high profile, complex bribery and corruption investigations, and has led, amongst others, the biggest document review exercise ever undertaken by the SFO. Edgar has a law degree and has also worked as a paralegal within private practice as well as at the SFO.

Ben Cadd
Consultant

Ben is a consultant at Anexsys with a background in forensics and law enforcement. Prior to joining Anexsys, Ben graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Computing and then worked for a digital forensic company where he developed his skills in mobile phone forensics. He later joined Thames Valley Police as a constable and was subsequently promoted to the rank of Sergeant, where he managed an investigation and response team dealing with complex and varied investigations.

Bogdan Avramescu
Consultant

Bogdan is a result-focused eDiscovery Consultant at Anexsys, with vast experience on different levels of project management and technology. He graduated from the University of Wales in 2014. Prior to and during his time at Anexsys, Bogdan worked on legal matters of different magnitude, touching base on the entire spectrum of the EDRM model.

Ben Wilson
Consultant

Ben is on the IT team and has been with Anexsys since 2017. He has been in the eDisclosure industry for seven years with experience in both in-project management and infrastructure. He holds various technical certifications and is a specialist in supporting legal technology.

Alex Horn
Principal Engineer

Alex provides advanced technological solutions and builds next-generation products at Anexsys. With a Masters in Computer Science and having worked in government security, gambling and legal industries, Alex has varied experience to draw on for constructing novel solutions to complex problems.
