Having a team with varied backgrounds is key to being able to meet our clients’ needs. Our team includes management consultants, computer scientists, solicitors, investigators and software developers. Together we create and deliver the best solutions for our clients.

Rob Crowley
Managing Director

Rob Crowley is Anexsys' Managing Director and has a background in computer forensics and eDisclosure project management from two of the big four consultancy firms. Prior to Anexsys Rob held the position of Regional Manager for EMEA at the technology and information management company Recommind.

Louise Jackson
Director of eDiscovery (Manchester)

With a BSc from the University of Warwick and an MSc Distinction from the University of Westminster, Louise has worked in digital forensics and eDisclosure for over ten years. Louise oversees all technical services delivered from our Manchester base and has been responsible for the development of the company's market-leading reputation in the north of England.

Klaudia Aliaj
Director of eDiscovery (London)

Klaudia leads Anexsys' eDisclosure and Digital Forensics department in London. Her experience in the industry includes being part of the data collections team at Barclays Bank as well as being the first hire within the litigation support team in EMEA for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Klaudia has handled complex global cases using a wide range of tools and workflows, including predictive coding.

Jack Enthoven
Commercial & IT Director

Jack leads the IT team, setting the company's technology strategy and continuously improving Anexsys' performance and efficiency with customers, suppliers and internal operations, with a particular focus on security and data protection. Jack has a Masters in Engineering from Oxford, and prior to joining Anexsys has had a wide-ranging IT career including roles at HP and Xerox.

Pauline Allioux
Finance Director

Pauline leads the finance function at Anexsys and is responsible for financial analysis, commercial support, management reporting & planning. Pauline has over 8 years’ experience in all facets of auditing, accounting & financial management in multinationals and fast-growing SMEs. Pauline started her career as a financial auditor in TMT at KPMG in Paris. She has held various Financial Controller positions during her career, working in several countries in Europe.

Alex Horn
Principal Engineer

Alex provides advanced technological solutions and builds next-generation products at Anexsys. With a Masters in Computer Science and having worked in government security, gambling and legal industries, Alex has varied experience to draw on for constructing novel solutions to complex problems.

Danielle Barrow
Managing Consultant

Danielle is a Managing Consultant at Anexsys Manchester. Prior to joining Anexsys, Danielle graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a first-class honour’s degree in Computer Forensics and continued to build upon her technical expertise by taking on a role in software testing before moving into the eDisclosure arena. She has extensive experience in a variety of technical disciplines and holds a variety of certifications including, RelativityOne Certified Pro, Relativity Certified User, Brainspace Analyst, Brainspace Specialist and Brainspace Admin. Danielle is an experienced project manager and leads on a variety of complex litigation disputes, utilising her expertise in both public and private sector matters to deliver excellence across the board.

Amy Duncan
Managing Consultant

Amy is a Managing Consultant at Anexsys London. Amy has experience in managing large eDisclosure matters as well as Managed Services. She holds all three Brainspace certifications and Relativity Master status with hands-on exposure on analytics including Continuous Active Learning reviews. Amy's commitment and support to her clients resulted in a secondment at a top London law firm for over 6 months, covering internal eDisclosure support. Prior to joining Anexsys, Amy studied Computer Science at the University of Bath and spent an industrial placement year at an international financial services provider. Amy's technical background has allowed her to always think outside the box, working with legal teams to build custom workflows and solutions for their reviews.

Tom Sothcott
Senior Consultant

Tom is a Senior Consultant at Anexsys and holds a NUIX eDiscovery specialist certification. Prior to joining Anexsys Tom worked for Ernst & Young where he developed his eDisclosure expertise. Tom has a varied role at Anexsys carrying out infrastructure support, forensics, eDisclosure project management and custom workflow development.

Steven McAllister
Senior Consultant

Steven is a Senior Consultant and joined Anexsys in January 2019. He graduated from UCLan with a first-class honours degree in Computer Forensics. Steven provides support on our eDisclosure projects, as well as managing his own projects. He is experienced in carrying out forensic collections, with Steven’s background in forensics, he is aware of the guidelines that must be followed to ensure that any evidence collected is done so in a forensically sound manner.

Alex Sawicka
Senior Consultant

Alex is a Senior Consultant and joined Anexsys in March 2021. She studied Computer Science at Queen’s University Belfast, and spent 5 and a half years at PwC in their eDiscovery team. She advised a number of high-profile clients, most notably an iconic investment bank in administration.

Yasmin Clarke
Review Manager

Prior to joining the Anexsys team, Yasmin graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Law. She joined Anexsys in 2019 as a paralegal and shortly became a team lead, assisting in the management of a large team working on one of the largest UK public inquiries. Yasmin now manages complex review projects, with experience in litigation and eDisclosure.

Gabby Cargill

Gabby is a Digital Forensics and eDiscovery Consultant. Gabby joined the Anexsys in 2017 in an administrative capacity and has since progressed through the ranks, taking on her first technical role as an Analyst and further building upon her skills to reach Consultant level. Gabby is a talented project manager and has assisted on all aspects of project work from carrying out data collections to supporting on large reviews using a variety of technology assisted review models to provide our clients with targeted and effective results.

Jacob Mark

Jacob is a Digital Forensics and eDiscovery Consultant. Jacob joined the Anexsys team as an Analyst in 2018 having graduated from UCL with a first-class honour’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Programming. Jacob now supports our senior team on a variety of complex projects through expert project management and the design and creation of custom Relativity tools to assist our clients with streamlining workflow processes from bespoke batching scripts through to custom monitoring applications for the gathering of real time statistics.

Daniel Bange

Daniel is a graduate from the University of South Wales achieving a first-class honour and the Certificate of Excellence for BSc Computer Forensics. Prior to his university matriculation, he worked as a Technical Support Analyst for two major telecommunications providers.

Sudeep Joseph Abraham

Sudeep is a Consultant at Anexsys. He has a Masters in Forensic Computing with Distinction and a Degree in Computer Science with Distinction. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of Digital Forensics and eDiscovery, undertaking complex digital investigations and giving evidence in court. He is also a trained ISO 17025 and 27001 internal auditor, having experience of setting up ISO 17025 and 27001 policies and procedures.

Chris Stott

Chris is a Consultant at Anexsys having joined in April 2021. He graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Forensic Computing. Prior to moving into eDiscovery, Chris worked for the police in a digital forensics capacity covering a wide variety of large and complex cases and has numerous certifications including X-ways, Cellebrite and XRY.

Walter Kucharski

Walter is an eDiscovery and Digital Forensics Analyst at Anexsys, having originally joined Anexsys as intern. He studied Computer Security at Liverpool John Moores University.

Jamie Watterson

Jamie joined as an eDiscovery and Digital Forensics Analyst during his University placement year studying Computer Forensics at John Moores University in Liverpool.

Thomas Bell

Tom joined Anexsys in August 2021 as an eDiscovery and Digital Forensics Analyst for our London team, having completed a degree in Physics at Durham University a few months prior.

Alex Smith

Alex joined Anexsys in August 2021 as an eDiscovery and Digital Forensics Analyst for our Manchester team. Originally from York, Alex has spent the last four years in Manchester studying a physics masters degree, with emphasis on applied and analytical physics concepts.

Steven George
Software Engineer

Steven is a Consultant Software Engineer and joined Anexsys in 2017 after graduating from UWE. Steven is responsible for our DocumentFolio suite of tools as well as working on our Relativity applications. Whilst studying Computer Science, he worked as a freelance developer for several clients in Bristol.

Joe Shepherd
Software Engineer

Joe joined Anexsys in 2018 after graduating from University with a first-class honour's degree in Computer Science. Joe is a Software Consultant for the Anexsys Software Development team and helps develop a variety of Anexsys' custom Relativity applications which extend and enhance Relativity’s capabilities as well as providing custom development solutions to our clients.

Thomas Walters
Software Engineer

Tom joined Anexsys as a software developer in 2019. Since then he has developed a number of custom applications for Relativity. He has also provided support through custom scripts or software solutions on a wider range of challenges in eDiscovery both internally to Anexsys and for clients. With a degree in Chemistry from Cambridge Tom has a keen interest in problem-solving and putting this into practice in eDiscovery.

Sam Lockwood
Software Engineer

Sam graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Computer Science, and joined Anexsys as an eDiscovery Consultant. After moving through the eDiscovery ranks, Sam decided to return to what he had studied for, and is now part of the Software team. His history in eDiscovery helps to tailor the new applications to the unique demands and use cases that exist in the industry.

Ben Wilson
IT Manager

Ben manages the IT infrastructure for Anexsys and has been with Anexsys since 2017. He has been in the eDisclosure industry for seven years with experience in both in project management and infrastructure. He holds various technical certifications and is a specialist in supporting legal technology.

Nayan Patel

Nayan is a Consultant for the Anexsys IT Team and has been with Anexsys since 2016. He studied Computer Forensics and IT Security at London Metropolitan University. Nayan supports the Anexsys eDiscovery team, and helps monitor and manage Anexsys systems and client instances with his knowledge and experience of eDiscovery systems.

Barb Gaster
Office Manager

With over 16 years’ experience in customer service and management, Barb provides expert support to the finance function of the business and is responsible for streamlining our invoicing process, performing credit control checks and supporting the financial controller. Prior to joining Anexsys, Barb managed twelve colleagues at Hobs 3D where she was responsible for overseeing the life cycle of all on-site paperwork, carrying out risk assessments, invoicing and credit control together with providing support and assistance to Director level colleagues.

Daisy Howstan
Project Coordinator

Having started Anexsys as a temporary Admin Assistant in September 2019, Daisy joined the team permanently as an Office Manager in January 2020. Her main roles include assisting the setup and day to day running of the LENS reviews, managing review teams and providing technical support. Daisy also provides support with Anexsys recruitment, infrastructure and accounts teams. Over the winter of 2020 Daisy was instrumental in the London office move, which saw us moving out of our two former offices into one new combined office.
