With regard to the GDPR and DPA and our eDisclosure solutions, we have stringent measures in place to protect our client’s data and work on the basis that any data managed through an eDisclosure process by us may be sensitive personal information and protect it accordingly. Our consultants and directors can discuss any GDPR- and DPA-related project questions with you. Our management of personal data processed on behalf of our clients is overseen through our GDPR- and DPA-compliant terms and conditions and also covered within our standard statement of work.

SUPPLIERS

We maintain and process personal information about our suppliers.  The information concerning our suppliers is usually provided to the firm by the data subject (through an invoice, letter, email or social media contact). We process supplier data because the firm has contractual obligations to pay for supplies. Supplier data includes only work-related personal information, such as office addresses, work email addresses and telephone numbers.  Supplier data is stored within our technical infrastructure and only accessible by our staff.  We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary.
